To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at contact@bijouterieavo.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

For your return to be approved, the item shipped to you following purchase and fulfillment must either be defective or different from the item ordered. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method after the receipt of the item in the same condition as received by the consumer. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Shipping company damages are not covered and will result in a denial of the refund request. If the wrong item has been sent, we reserve ourselves the right to file an obligatory return by sending out a prepaid shipping label.
